Good afternoon Paul & team

Just wanted to drop you a note to say 'thank you' for the service you provided when purchasing my new Subaru from you guys. I must admit I was a sceptic on the value independent dealerships provide in the sales process when choosing a new car believing there wasn't much 'value add' - how wrong you have proved me to be! From the minute I stepped on the forecourt to the time I drove my new car away, the welcoming, open and honest views were most refreshing, the impression I am left with is a great buyer experience and genuinely feel I have gained a tremendous deal as well!. It is the first time I have ever bothered to part exchange a vehicle, previously choosing to sell privately and negotiate on price on any new purchase I made - dealing with you guys certainly made life a lot simpler than doing all that. Not only would I purchase a car from Carlians again, I will tell my friends when looking to purchase another car to try Carlians first.

I just wanted to thank you for the great customer service we received recently. We p/ex'd a our ford kuga for a Land Rover discovery and you very kindly threw in a few extras and made the process of settling the finance painless. Five days after taking delivery of our new vehicle the alternator packed up. I rung in and because your garage had no courtesy cars available Andy very kindly sorted out another sales vehicle for us to use. Our discovery was back on the road within two days. Great service at no extra cost is hard to come by these days.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received when we recently bought my Volvo C70 GT convertible from you.  We were made to feel extremely welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. One of the nicest things was to be able to take our own time to decide without the usual heavy sales pressure.  The car had been washed and polished and looked superb when we collected it, and you had even had the new plates made up.  All in all a very pleasant and stress free shopping experience. Dear Paul and Neil

Thank you for taking the stress away from changing my car. As you gathered I was very attached to my previous car and during the a number of visits I made to the forecourt you did not pressurise me into buying the bigger car. The cup of tea sitting in the driving seat after the test drive did help however. I loved the colour ( typically female !) but you allowed me time to think of the more sensible things. After a thorough check of the "new" car in your workshop I am happily clocking up the miles in total comfort knowing I made the right decision. 
Will continue to wave on my way to Guilford.
